When the trial ends
The trial starts when you set your password and runs for 14 days. Before it ends, choose a plan in the app and set up a Bacs Direct Debit. Choosing a plan starts it straight away: your first payment is taken that day, the full monthly allowance applies from then, and any remaining free days end. Cancel any time.
If you do not choose a plan, reviews stop when the trial ends. You can still open your past reviews and read their findings for 90 days, then the account is deactivated. Nothing is deleted. There is no second free trial.

Every plan covers every product Frank reviews: pensions, drawdown, annuities, investments, ISAs, GIAs, onshore and offshore bonds, EIS, VCT, protection, mortgages and lifetime mortgages. Defined benefit transfers are reviewed through DB Deep Review, sold separately below. Priced per firm, so the number of advisers does not change the bill.

For defined benefit transfer cases that keep arriving. It renews alongside your Frank plan on the same bill, and you can add or remove it whenever you like. Firms that do not write DB transfers do not need it.

Back-book DB block
For defined benefit cases you already hold. Every file gets the same DB Deep Review as a monthly review, judged against the rules in force on its own date of advice. Bought once and used inside its window, then it is finished. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.

How billing works
You choose your package in the app
Nothing is chosen when you sign up. Your firm’s primary contact picks a plan and any DB capacity in the app before the trial ends, and sets up the Direct Debit then.
The trial is capped at 10 reviews of each kind
Up to 10 file reviews and 10 DB Deep Reviews during the 14 days. Your full monthly allowances start the moment your plan does.
Paid by Direct Debit
Set up in the app before your trial ends, collected monthly from the day it ends, and covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee. No payment details are held.
Change plan whenever you need to
Move up and the new allowance is available straight away, at the new rate from your next invoice. Move down and it takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
Allowances reset each month
Unused reviews do not carry forward. Back-book blocks are the exception: they last for the whole window you bought.
Cancel from inside the app
Your firm keeps access until the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is lost, and you can restart at any point.
Priced per firm
Plans are sized by review volume, not by headcount. Add as many advisers and supervisors as you like at no extra cost. One review is one client file, whether it arrives as a few PDFs, an Outlook email with its attachments or a ZIP folder.
